New Mexico #3 (Chevrolet Bel Air)
A day when I drove to Taos from Santa Fe on the I68 through the Rio Grande. I had some time, so I stopped at various points to explore. There were a number of abandoned cars lying around (the arid conditions and elevation keep the rust away). The guy who ran the scrap yard was very suspicious of me at first, citing all manner of conspiracies about the US government, but having spent 30 minutes sharing these thoughts with me, was good enough to let me wander around.
